Where is my order?
You will receive a confirmation from us by email when we have shipped your order. In this confirmation you will also find PostNL's track & trace code. You can track your order at www.postnl.nl

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to adjust or cancel your order.

What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be shipped the next day. However, there is an exception to this for pre-orders. This has different delivery time.  
How do I change my home address? Unfortunately, your home address cannot be changed once your order has been placed.
I have not received my order?
Sometimes it may happen that you have not received the order. This may have several causes. To find this out for you, we would like to ask you to send an email to info@oohlalaamsterdam.com

 I entered an incorrect e-mail address and therefore did not receive an order confirmation?
We always send the order confirmation to the email address registered with us. If you have provided an incorrect e-mail address and you would still like to receive your order confirmation, it is best to send an e-mail to info@oohlalaamsterdam.com
We can then change the e-mail address for you and resend the order confirmation.

I have not received my entire order, how is that possible?
It sometimes happens that a certain item is sold out, which means we cannot deliver your entire order at once. We think it is important that you receive your items as quickly as possibleThat is why we have already sent part of the order. For a 'reorder/pre-order' there is an average delivery time of 2 weeks

Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. If you have placed an order at www.oohlalaamsterdam.com, your order is final and you can no longer cancel the order. Of course you can return the order when you receive your order. Please note: In this case, your return must also meet all return conditions. Returning your order is at your own expense.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes that is possible, When you place your order and you are inour checkout, uncheck 'use billing address for shipping' and a field will automatically appear in which you can enter the other address.
Important to know: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to a postal address or PO Box number!

 
How will my order be delivered?
We ship all our orders in the Netherlands with PostNL. We also use DHL, for orders abroad. If you want to track your order,
you can do so with the associated track and trace code.
on The track and trace code can be found in the confirmation f the email we sent. How can I quickly find articles on your website? We have a search bar at the top of the website. Enter the name of the item you are looking for here. This way you can quickly find the item. I have not received a confirmation email for my order, what can I do? There is a chance that your confirmation email ended up in the spam box, so please check your spam box first.
If no message has arrived in your spam box, there is a chance that you have
entered an incorrect email. Send an email to info@oohlalaamsterdam.com

I received my order too late?
Unfortunately, due to busy times at PostNL, it can sometimes take longer before your package is delivered. It can also sometimes take longer due to busy times. At times when we have a special promotion or sale, it can be busier than expected. Take this into account when you order from us on Black Friday, for example. We always do anything to send it to you as quickly as possible. 
In the email you received from us you will find the track and trace code with which you can track your package.

 
Can I pick up an online order in the showroom?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Our showroom is only accessible to retailers.

Rest of the world € 19,95 What is the standard delivery time? In general, your order will arrive within 1-4 business days. My track & trace code does not work, what can I do? When you receive a track & trace code from us, it may take 24 hours before the tracking details are visible. From that moment on you can also track your package. Another possibility is that there is a technical malfunction that is causing you to receive an error message. It often helps to copy and paste your track and trace code into PostNL. If this does not help you, I would like to ask you to send an email to info@oohlalaamsterdam.com Where can I find my track & trace code? As soon as your order has been completed with us, you will receive a track and trace code by email. Here you will find your track & trace code. I have been sent the wrong size, item or color, what can I do? Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that you receive the wrong size, item or color. Our sincere apologies for this! If this has happened, I would like to ask you to contact us as soon as possible and email all the details to
info@oohlalaamsterdam.com our Customer service will then help you as quickly as possible!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What conditions must my return meet?
Returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt
All products must be unworn and in good condition
Pay attention to make-up, stains, damage and/or strong odors
The trailer tag may not be detached
All returns are carefully checked
The return form must be completed in full
If the return does not meet all the requirements, it will be sent back
Return costs are at your own expense
Returns are processed within 10 working days

When will I get my money back? Once we have processed your return, it takes an average of 3 to 5 working days before the administrative processing is visible. This depends on which payment method you have chosen. What is your return address? Returns must always be sent to this address:

We recommend that you always send your return package to us with a track and trace code. For example, if the package is lost, an investigation can be started with the delivery service.
Please note: If you return your return shipment to a different address than described above, we unfortunately cannot process it!

Can I exchange all items that I have ordered via the webshop?
No, we cannot process all items that do not meet our general return conditions (see 'what conditions must my return meet?'). If we discover that the item does not meet the return values, we will return it as quickly as possible. The costs for this are for your own account.


I want to exchange my ordered item(s) for a different size/color, is that possible?
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items. We advise you to place a new order and return your current order.
